West Ham United could be set to battle Leeds United for the signing of Zeno Debast in the summer transfer window.
According to a report from Voetbal Belgie, Leeds could face competition from West Ham for Anderlecht youngster Zeno Debast in the summer.

Hammers boss David Moyes will definitely be on the look-out for a new centre-back this summer.

And the same can be said of Leeds manager Javi Gracia.
Will Debast end up at the London Stadium or Elland Road though?
Leeds face competition from West Ham for Zeno Debast
Voetbal Belgie suggest that the two Premier League clubs could be set for a head-to-head battle for the 19-year-old Anderlecht wonderkid this summer.
I reckon that the Whites will be cursing the fact that the Hammers are in the race for Debast.
There are two reasons why West Ham’s interest in signing the talented teen is bad news for Leeds.
One, because West Ham could actually be in a position to offer the teenager European football next season and two, because we are more likely to avoid relegation than Leeds are.
The Hammers are currently one point clear of the Whites in the Premier League table whilst we have a good chance of reaching the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League – a competition where the winners will be granted entry into the Europa League next season.
And if we do win the race for Debast’s signature, what a signing he would be for us.

Standing at 6ft 3in tall, the 19-year-old is an exceptional young defender and has been described as the new Vincent Kompany by ELF Voetbal.
Debast has been labelled as an ‘excellent’ young talent by 90 Min as well, and they’re not wrong.
In 31 league outings for Anderlecht this season, the teenager has averaged 1.2 tackles, 2.2 clearances per game (Who Scored).
Zeno Debast is powerful, strong in the air, tenacious in the tackle and is very good with the ball at his feet. He will be a tremendous signing for either Leeds or West Ham.
I just feel that as things stand, we might have have a slight advantage over the Whites.
