A big Angelo Ogbonna decision apparently could be made by the West Ham United owners.
West Ham signed Angelo Ogbonna from Juventus in the summer of 2015, and he’s been a great servant for us, although recent reports have claimed that David Moyes is firmly on the hunt for a replacement for the soon-to-be out of contract 35-year-old.
The Hammers centre-back has come into the side for the last two games and has really impressed during our 2-0 win over Arsenal and the 0-0 draw with Brighton.
When Oggy played earlier on in the season, it seemed like his legs had gone, and his performance away at Liverpool last month really was appalling.
The general consensus was that The former Juve man was finished as a player at the very highest level of the game.
However, he has definitely turned things around, and it seems as though he now could be handed a shiny new deal by the club…

It seems as though the Italian could be set to stay at the London Stadium beyond the end of this season.
Club insiders Claret & Hugh claims that the 35-year-old has really impressed the Hammers hierarchy over the past couple of weeks, and could be rewarded with a new deal.
I think Ogbonna is clearly someone who is very good to have in the dressing room.
Despite his ageing years, and the fact that he has zero pace anymore, he’s hugely experienced and is a real on-field leader for us.
What the Italian lacks in pace, he more than makes up for with his intelligence, anticipation and positional awareness.
And if Angelo Ogbonna does sign a new contract with West Ham for another 12 months, I will be fairly happy with that. He’s a big character, and keeping his experience and influence at the London Stadium for another year would be a real plus.
