Andriy Yarmolenko barely featured for West Ham last season aside from the odd substitute appearance here and there.

The 31-year-old is certainly not considered to be a regular starter for the Hammers.
David Moyes has never really warmed to the Ukraine international.
The 31-year-old just hasn’t lived up to expectations since moving to the London Stadium from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2018 for around £18 million (Football Insider).

Yarmolenko has shown the odd glimpse of his brilliant best.
But it just hasn’t been often enough.
Andriy Yarmolenko deserves one final chance
The 31-year-old has been in sensational form for Ukraine at EURO 2020.
The West Ham attacker has racked up two goals and an assist in two games for his country at the Euros so far this summer.

He has looked like a completely different player to the one who struggled for West Ham last season.
Yarmolenko’s contract expires in the summer of 2023. David Moyes is ready to sell the Ukrainian for around £5-8 million this summer according to Claret and Hugh.
It might make more sense to keep Yarmo around for a little while longer and give him another chance. At least until January.
It seems as though the 31-year-old still has plenty left in the tank. We all know what he’s capable of.
