Will Still has responded about the possibility of taking over from David Moyes as the new West Ham United manager at some point.
West Ham manager David Moyes is under real pressure right now, and recent claims suggested that he is dangerously close to losing his job at the London Stadium.
Will Still – a West Ham supporter – is someone who has been linked with the Hammers job on multiple occasions, most recently back in April when Moyes was really under the cosh.
However, Moyes rode out the storm for the remainder of the season, and went on to guide us to our first major trophy since 1980.
The Hammers then begun the 2023/24 campaign in fine fashion, but results have tailed off badly over the past couple of months, with a return of just four points in our last seven Premier League games putting Moyes under real pressure yet again.
So could the Scot be moved on at the end of the season, with a new, fresher and younger manager coming in to take over from him?
Will Still would certainly be an option for West Ham, but what does the Reims boss think about the potential of taking over his boyhood club?

Will Still on talking over from David Moyes as West Ham manager
The Reims boss has been speaking to SUDINFO SPORTS about life in charge of the Ligue 1 outfit right now.
And he responded when asked whether he would like to take over West Ham at some point in the future:
“In the short term, I want to complete a full season with Reims and finish as high as possible. For the rest, it’s my problem: I’ve never had a career plan. I take what comes. But I admit that the little child in me wants to go back to England. It’s my home, it’s my championship, the best in the world. I have always been a supporter of West-Ham. I wouldn’t think twice about it, but would I be able to? I would feel too guilty in the event of defeat. But the Premier League and Europe are clearly two major objectives.”
Reims are flying in Ligue 1 this season, and are currently sitting in fourth spot in the table, six points behind league leaders Nice with a game in hand.
Still’s side face second place PSG tonight in a huge Ligue 1 clash, and there will undoubtedly be plenty of Hammers fans watching the game to see how the 31-year-old sets up his team.
He is incredibly intense with his approach to training sessions and that translates out onto the pitch.
The Reims boss implements a 4-2-3-1 system. He is very flexible and likes his team to build up from the back although he’s not averse to playing a counter attacking style either.
Former Reims striker Folarin Balogun raved about the Belgium-born Englishman, describing him as an ‘amazing’ manager (Ligue 1’s official website).
I think that Still would take West Ham to a whole new level entirely, if he takes over from David Moyes as the new manager at the London Stadium.
It remains to be seen what happens between now and the end of the campaign though. Who knows what will happen, and if Moyes guides us to another trophy, he will be unsackable.
