£6 million man’s permanent West Ham United exit is now imminent according to the latest round of reports.

West Ham manager David Moyes will have to deal with plenty of outgoings in the summer transfer window, if he is still manager at the London Stadium of course.

There will be players currently out on loan set to return to the London Stadium in the summer.

However, one of them could be about to secure a permanent exit away from West Ham before this season has even finished…

Reports surfaced last week suggesting that Besiktas were in talks to sign Arthur Masuaku permanently.

And now, according to a report from NTV Spor, Besiktas will activate their clause to sign Masuaku on a permanent deal for around £2 million if he plays just three more league games for the club.

Besiktas’s next three league games are due to be played by April 2nd. So essentially, if Masuaku plays those three matches, he will no longer be a West Ham player.

Getting rid of the 29-year-old on a permanent deal will be very good news indeed for the Hammers.

Masuaku joined West Ham in the summer of 2016 from Olympiacos for around £6 million (Sky Sports).

However, he never made any kind of positive impact for the Hammers, and was shipped out on loan to Besiktas in the summer of 2022.

The left-back’s poor concentration levels and shocking positional awareness have cost the Hammers on numerous occasions over the years.

The sooner we get rid of him the better in my opinion.

And it seems as though the £6 million man’s permanent West Ham exit is now imminent.
