Our £20m star Jarrod Bowen has lifted the lid on what he has told his family about West Ham and has made a vow to fans.
West Ham have gone backwards this season and much of that is down to their increasing over-reliance on Jarrod Bowen amid his own struggles to find top form.
But Bowen has slowly been finding something like his best form in recent months even if the goals have not been flowing as often as he would like.
The relentless wing-man has done everything but score in recent games as West Ham fight for Premier League survival.
And that was the case again when the Hammers secured a vital win over Southampton on Sunday.

Going into that relegation six-pointer winning was all that mattered.
The performance, against the division’s worst team, at home, left a lot to be desired.
But all that mattered for the Hammers was the three points.
And that is the mindset Bowen has adopted for the rest of the season.
Our £20m star Bowen has lifted the lid on what he has told his family about West Ham and makes a vow to fans.
Speaking after the victory over Saints and ahead of another huge clash with Newcastle, Bowen says he said to his family he doesn’t care if he scores or not, or whether West Ham play well, as long as they get the results needed to remain in the top flight.

And he has vowed to keep working his socks off to help make that happen.
“I was speaking to my family before the game and all I was saying was I couldn’t care how we won the game, as long as we got a result that was the most important thing, and we did that,” Bowen told West Ham’s website.
“We knew how important Southampton was. There was a lot of pressure on it. But in the end, it is a massive three points.
“When the goals don’t come, you’ve got to keep your performance as high as possible. I have got to bring my ‘A game’ to help the Club as much as possible, especially in the position we are in right now.”
