Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter in reaction to the red card shown to Ezri Konsa during the Aston Villa vs West Ham clash today.
Aston Villa ace Konsa, 24, was given his marching orders by Chris Kavanagh in the 50th minute having been perceived to have denied Jarrod Bowen a goalscoring opportunity for the Hammers.
In fairness, the decision was a very harsh one.
Bowen was heading out wide and Aston Villa will rightly feel aggrieved that Konsa was sent off.
RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.
It must be said that Kortney Hause was far more deserving of a red card than Konsa was after smashing Pablo Fornals in the face with his elbow.
So perhaps things evened themselves out.

Dean Smith was fuming with the decision at the time and rightly so.
It was a big moment in the game, with the scoreline at the time 2-1 to West Ham.
The Hammers went on to win the game comfortably 4-1. So the decision to send Konsa off obviously had an effect on the outcome.
We’re not complaining though, don’t worry about that!
