Paqueta had 92 touches, made five tackles and one clearance, won two aerial duels and made one key pass – the assist for Jarrod Bowen’s goal (Who Scored).

The former Lyon man was absolutely vital for us, and he will be for the remainder of the season as well.

The way in which he takes the pressure off his teammates by taking responsibility on the ball when we’re under the cosh defensively really is very impressive to watch.

He makes the difference for the Hammers in the final third as well, and is always trying to make things happen.

West Ham earned a vital three points at Luton tonight, and there is no doubt that Lucas Paqueta played a huge contributing role in our victory.
