David Moyes makes seven West Ham changes for Aston Villa as Emerson comes in for his debut in our predicted team.

West Ham head to Villa Park with both Moyes and counterpart Steven Gerrard feeling some heat following poor starts to the league season.

The Hammers are the only team in the Premier League yet to earn a point or score a goal.

Moyes will be desperately hoping that changes and the Scot says he has seen signs of more positive performance levels from his West Ham team, particularly the second half of the 3-0 win in Viborg on Thursday night.

The Hammers look set to make their eighth signing of a busy summer with the arrival of Brazil star Lucas Paqueta in a club record deal.

And his former Lyon teammate and fellow Brazilian born star Emerson may well make his debut for West Ham against Aston Villa.

And both Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio look set to return to the starting XI in place of Maxwel Cornet and Gianluca Scamacca in changes six and seven.

Antonio’s return, should our prediction prove correct, will likely anger fans who are desperate to see Scamacca start in the Premier League.
