The Hammers are currently in the midst of a fine run of form having beaten Everton and Tottenham in the Premier League, Genk in the Europa League and Manchester City in the Carabao Cup (on penalties).

David Moyes has done a terrific job at the London Stadium and West Ham are now a team that no side will relish playing against.

Aston Villa, meanwhile, have been struggling and have lost their last three Premier League games.

Dean Smith is under a bit of pressure and a defeat against the Hammers today would really turn the heat up on the Villans boss.

David Moyes has selected a very strong team once again this afternoon.

The Hammers can go level on points with third placed Manchester City with a win against Aston Villa today.

Villa away is always a tough challenge.

Smith’s side will be desperate to halt their alarming recent slide down the table.

West Ham have more than enough to win the game, however.
