Zouma has been a real lynchpin of the West Ham defence since moving to the London Stadium from Chelsea in the summer of 2021.

The powerful centre-back is key to the Hammers achieving anything of note this season.

If we are to win the Conference League, then we need him back as soon as possible.

Could that be tonight? You can make your own minds up on that – Zouma posted a tweet a couple of hours ago:

If Kurt Zouma has indeed made a miraculous injury recovery, then I think we will be win a great position to win the match by a couple of goals tonight, and head out to Holland next week with a huge advantage.

The 28-year-old defender is a vital player for West Ham when he’s on his best form and he could make a big difference for us tonight.

David Moyes’s starting lineup will be released at 6:30 and we’ll be one of the very first to cover it right here on Hammers News. Fingers crossed Zouma’s name is in the XI.
