West Ham United have massively stitched up £13m man Flynn Downes as he draws the short straw for a promo photo shoot.
Downes has had to be patient for game time since joining his boyhood club West Ham from Swansea in the summer.
But when those chances have come along – in Europe against FCSB and Anderlecht – my how he has taken them.
Downes was comfortably West Ham’s man of the match in both of his starts.
And there have been calls for him to be introduced into the West Ham team in the Premier League, where he has only had a few minutes as a late substitute here and there.
Most football teams make new signings perform some sort of initiation when they join the club.
It usually tends to be singing a song in front of the rest of the squad.
But we think a West Ham initiation can be the only explanation for a picture of Downes that has emerged on social media from the club shop!

Downes is pictured modelling a sleeveless vest top on the West Ham store and fans have found it hilarious.
No doubt Downes will be taking a ribbing from his West Ham teammates over the promo picture.
Of course the players are required to do club promos as part of the job and West Ham are no different.
Last week Downes’ fellow summer signing Thilo Kehrer revealed new West Ham signings have to pay the bill for team dinners as their initiation.
We think Downes can call it even and claim this photo shoot as his initiation instead!
It’s all good fun of course and has only further endeared the midfield ace to West Ham fans and no doubt his teammates too.
It’s become clear Downes is going to be some player for West Ham and, who knows, even a potential future captain in years to come.
Then he will be able to pick and choose the clobber he wears in club photo shoots!
