The 22-year-old has been unbelievable for the Hammers over the past two years or so.
Rice has found another level this season, however, and is now undoubtedly one of the most highly sought after commodities in world football.

The England international is the best defensive midfielder in the Premier League if not the world.
Keeping him at the London Stadium will be a priority for David Moyes. His current contract expires in the summer of 2024 and West Ham have the option of extending that by a further 12 months.
West Ham insider makes Declan Rice contract claim
The Hammers have put talks on hold with Dec until the end of the season according to Claret and Hugh.

The good news though is that West Ham have made it clear that a massive new deal is waiting whenever he wants to put pen to paper.
