Jesse seems determined to fight for his place at Old Trafford. He didn’t do himself any favours last night though.

The 28-year-old made a shocking back pass against Young Boys deep into injury time last night that was intercepted and led to the Swiss side scoring the winner.

He is an adopted Cockney. And if Lingard gets stick from the Manchester United fans for his mistake last night then they don’t deserve him.
Come on Jesse, come home.
