Declan Rice has been advised by the management staff at West Ham about his body language after making lung-bursting runs.
The 23-year-old Hammers ace has been in scintillating form this season.

In fact, Dec has been West Ham’s best and most consistent performer over the past three seasons.
The 29-capped England international has gone from strength to strength since the Euros last summer.

Understandably, his performances have drawn attention from some of the biggest clubs in the world and the Hammers value Rice at around £150 million according to The Daily Mail.
Hopefully we manage to keep hold of Declan. He is so important to this West Ham team.
One facet of his game that he has really improved over the past year or so is his ability to carry the ball from defence on into the attacking third. He has added a new dimension to his game with his lung-busting runs.
West Ham coaches notice something about Declan Rice body language
Hammers coach Stuart Pearce spoke to talkSPORT and discussed Rice’s season so far.
Pearce explained some advice that he has and his fellow coaches have given the 23-year-old about his body language:

“It’s something we have tried to say to him. Don’t show the world that you are knackered. The thing is he will go again and again and again. His body language, at times, looks tired after a little burst.”
It’s a fair comment but if Declan actually isn’t tired, does it really matter what his body language is like?
There aren’t many fitter players in the Premier League than Declan Rice.
The next part of his development will be to add goals to his game, if he is to continue with his evolution into a box-to-box midfielder.
Whatever happens, keeping him at the London Stadium will be absolutely vital to our hopes of making some genuine progress over the next few years.
And if the West Ham board show some real ambition in the summer, there’s no reason why we can’t do just that.
