Jack Collison has dropped big news on Twitter after recent West Ham return rumours but it appears he’s staying in the US.
West Ham have been rocked by several high profile departures from their coaching staff in the last year or so.
West Ham confirmed during the summer that Stuart Pearce had made the decision to step down from his role as first team coach under David Moyes.
The 60-year-old left the Hammers after two years on Moyes’s coaching staff.
During that time he has played a key role alongside Billy McKinlay, Kevin Nolan, Paul Nevin and Xavi Valero as the Hammers enjoyed sixth and seventh place finishes in the Premier League and secured European qualification in both seasons.

Pearce’s departure came after Moyes’ most trusted ally in football, Alan Irvine, stepped down as his assistant the season before for family reasons.
Mark Warburton came in to replace Pearce but the Hammers have struggled this season and rumours in West Ham circles had suggested Moyes may be looking to bring a new voice into the mix on his coaching staff.
Ex Hammers star and youth coach Collison was linked with a return to the club not too long ago.
And we here at Hammers News called for Moyes to bring the highly-regarded coach back to West Ham.
Collison epitomises everything it is to be West Ham and has a great relationship with incoming sporting director Mark Noble.
He has seriously impressed by moving to America to elevate his coaching career in MLS with Atlanta United.
Collison did his coaching badges aged just 26 as it became clear injuries may curtail a hugely promising career.
He has already proved to be a very forward thinking coach with the ideals of the West Ham way forming the basis of how he likes his teams to play.
The West Ham play-off hero started out as manager of Atlanta United’s Under 17s and was quickly promoted to be the manager of the MLS side’s second team last June.
The former West Ham under-16s manager has a year under his belt and many feel returning to the Hammers as part of the first team coaching staff would be the next logical step for his career.

Now Collison has dropped big news on Twitter after those West Ham return rumours but he’s staying in the US.
The former Hammer has revealed he is leaving Atlanta in an emotional post on social media.
“The time has come,” Collison said on Twitter.
“It has been an incredible journey over the past three and a half years with Atlanta.
“It really is a special club, with some wonderful people and a magnificent city. I gave my all and you gave us a home. Thank you for everything.”
That gave some West Ham fans hope he may be about to return to east London.
But 90min has claimed his next destination will be Huntsville City FC, the brand new MLS NEXT Pro affiliate of Nashville SC.
“Multiple sources have informed 90min that Collison will soon leave Atlanta in order to become Huntsville City’s first-ever head coach, with an agreement already understood to be in place,” 90min report.
So Collison will not be coming home, for now at least.
That is not to say he won’t return in the future, though. West Ham will undoubtedly be keeping an eye on how he gets on in his first major first team management position.
