West Ham ace Michail Antonio is learning Spanish in order to try and forge an even closer bond with Pablo Fornals.
That’s according to a report from The Athletic who claim that Antonio’s best friend at the London Stadium is Fornals.

Fornals arrived at the London Stadium from La Liga side Villarreal in the summer of 2019 for around £24 million (BBC).
The 26-year-old has gone on to establish himself as a firm fan favourite at West Ham and he is viewed as somewhat of a cult hero due to his love and passion for the club.
It seems as though the Spaniard is very popular with one of his teammates as well…

The 32-year-old West Ham attacker is very close with the former Villarreal man already.
They often go on bike rounds around London together during their down-time.
And Micky is trying to tighten the bond that he shares with Fornals even more so.
The Athletic claims that Antonio is trying to get close to Pablo by learning Spanish.
We’ve got to say, that’s very admirable from Michail. Not may English players bother to learn other languages, especially when they are playing in the Premier League!
Antonio and Fornals have linked up brilliantly on the pitch for West Ham over the past couple of years and they clearly have off the pitch as well.
If Antonio reaches a stage where he can speak Spanish fluently, they could be even more of a threat together on the pitch.
David Moyes has cultivated such a great atmosphere at the London Stadium amongst the players. And the relationship between Antonio and Fornals is a great example of the close bond present amongst the West Ham players.
