Sky Sports make big claim about West Ham right-back Vladimir Coufal

Vladimir Coufal is allegedly growing increasingly more frustrated with his limited game time at West Ham United.

That’s according to a report from Sky Sports who claim that the 30-year-old right-back could be moved on in the January transfer window.

It was recently claimed that Bayer Leverkusen want to bring Coufal to the Bundesliga this winter.

Coufal has been really poor over the past 12 months – in stark contrast to his great form when he moved to the London Stadium in 2020.

David Moyes should be looking to move him on this winter, and it seems as though the Czech Republic international is keen to leave the club as well…

West Ham exit on the cards for Vladimir Coufal

The 30-year-old is growing increasingly more frustrated with his limited game time at West Ham United, according to a report from Sky Sports.

In fairness, he has been playing more consistently of late. Whether that’s a long-term decision from Moyes remains to be seen though.

Ben Johnson is probably ahead of Coufal, and when the 22-year-old comes back into the team, he will most likely stay there.

Moyes could also choose to strengthen his ranks in January by bringing in a top-class right-back.

If that happens, Coufal will almost certainly leave. He’s just the player he once was anymore.

Maybe age has caught up with him, who knows?

I strongly believe that Vladimir Coufal will leave West Ham at some point in the next six months though.

The former Slavia Prague defender is nowhere near good enough to be playing for a Premier League team with aspirations of qualifying for Europe, in my opinion.

Whether he will leave in January or the summer remains to be seen though.
