The Brazil national team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar is set to make a visit to England to give West Ham star Lucas Paqueta the once over.
That’s according to a report from UOL who claim that the powers that be in the Brazilian national team are ‘scared’ about the shoulder injury recently sustained by Paqueta.
The Brazilian doctor allegedly wants to personally verify the condition of Paqueta before he is selected for the Brazil World Cup squad.
Paqueta himself shared that he will probably be out for around two weeks with the shoulder problem.
It seems as though the Brazilian nation team want to perform checks on Paqueta themselves though…

The Brazil national team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar is set to fly into London for a ‘special visit’ to check up on the 25-year-old ex-Lyon ace, according to a report from UOL.
Paqueta joined the Hammers from Lyon in the summer transfer window for a club record £51 million fee (The Times).
The 25-year-old play-maker looks like the real deal, and has already bagged two assists for West Ham.
He is the kind of player who tries to make things happen all the time. And as a result, he will sometimes lose the ball. Kevin De Bruyne is the perfect example of this.
As long as Moyes, and the fans, are patient with him, and he is allowed to express himself, I’m confident that he will go on to be a true great for the Hammers.
If we are to finish anywhere near the top seven again this season, we will need him to be on his very best form between now and May.
It’s great news that the Lucas Paqueta injury isn’t as bad as first feared.
Hopefully the Brazilian doctor won’t discover anything untoward when he performs his checkups on the 25-year-old West Ham star.
