Hammers boss David Moyes brought the 26-year-old to the London Stadium from Stamford Bridge for just under £30 million a few days before the transfer window closed (ESPN).
Zouma will undoubtedly be a great addition for West Ham. He will certainly be a big upgrade on Craig Dawson and he should make us a far better team defensively.

Paul Merson questions Chelsea selling Zouma to West Ham
The Sky Sports pundit thinks the Blues may well curse the fact that they sold the Frenchman to their London rivals:

“I don’t agree about letting Zouma go and not bringing anybody in. For me, the Zouma one, I think he will be missed.”
Considering Zouma’s quality, it is surprising that Thomas Tuchel allowed him to leave Chelsea, especially without getting a deal for Jules Kounde done.
The 26-year-old is a truly top class defender and it seems as though West Ham have done some really good business getting him this summer.
