'No doubt': Anton Ferdinand weighs in on PAI Capital West Ham take-over bid

Anton Ferdinand has posted a tweet pertaining to his relationship with PAI Capital in light of a potential West Ham United take-over.

PAI Capital released their highly anticipated statement yesterday regarding their plan to take over the Hammers and their hopes of owning the London Stadium outright.

In the statement, PAI confirmed that they have reached the core principles of agreement with LLDC regarding a long term lease over the London Stadium that would see PAI taking full control of the Stadium.

The other key takeaway from the statement was the involvement of Anton and Rio Ferdinand.

The West Ham fans are definitely excited by the prospect of impending change at the London Stadium.

It was claimed yesterday that Hammers owners David Sullivan and David Gold will never sell the club to PAI Capital, however (The Evening Standard).

Anton Ferdinand pledges support to PAI Capital

Whilst some fans are excited by the prospect, other are dubious of the property investors’ real intentions.

Having some former players on board will certainly help with that.

And Anton Ferdinand has taken to Twitter to clarify his role with PAI, whilst underlining how genuine they are regarding their plans to make West Ham great again:

PAI are doing all the right things at the moment.

The proof will be in the pudding, however. If they do take over West Ham, they had better back up their promises with actions.
