West Ham United co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold will receive a takeover bid from the US within the next two weeks.
Insider close to West Ham owners brings good news for fans on transfer situation
That’s according to a new claim made by a self-styled ‘secret agent’ speaking on an internet live stream.
Last week YouTube star and West Ham fan Spencer Owen hosted an anonymous guest dubbed ‘the secret agent’ on his live stream.
And the mystery man claimed West Ham will ‘100% be under new ownership by the end of the year’.
It was the latest in a long line of West Ham takeover speculation over the past year.

West Ham takeover rumours resurface
The Hammers have been linked with takeovers by the likes of Red Bull and the Saudi group who were trying to purchase Newcastle United (Claret & Hugh, The Daily Mail, The Daily Star).
Reliable West Ham insider ExWHUemployee took to his West Ham Way podcast to reveal there IS truth in the takeover interest.
But Hammers fans have been refusing to get their hopes up. And they have been questioning the credibility of the claims from the ‘secret agent’.
Now the anonymous figure claiming to be a football agent has doubled down on the takeover talk.

‘US offer will put Sullivan under pressure’
Speaking on Spencer Owen’s latest live stream on Thursday, the mystery man claimed West Ham will receive an offer from the US within the next two weeks which will ‘put David Sullivan under pressure when it is leaked to the press’.
The stream, which is no longer available, saw the supposed agent claim he will be proved correct when the story emerges before the end of the month.
It comes after he posted an American flag with #WHUFC next to it on Twitter on Wednesday.
And he followed up the claims on the live stream by backing his sources in a post on Twitter.
“100% not a dig (comments about ExWHUemployee on the stream),” he said.
“As I said on the stream I am not West Ham ITK and do not profess to be one. Not sure where the confusion is. Interested to see whether my source is correct but let’s see.”

But West Ham fans remain hugely sceptical.

Hammers fans remain sceptical
The overwhelming consensus of opinion is that Sullivan and Gold will not sell until 2023.
That is when any sale of the club would be exempt from an agreement with London Stadium owners LLDC which would see them get a cut of the money.
But the ‘secret agent’ addressed those claims, saying the interested parties know that is the situation and that it would be reflected in any bid.
West Ham fans don’t have long to wait to find out whether the claims are legitimate or just another pipe dream.
