Mark Noble delivers verdict on Alphonse Areola signing
The West Ham skipper played alongside the 28-year-old goalkeeper during our impressive win over Man City in the Carabao Cup.
And Noble spoke very highly of Areola after the game:

“You recruit these sorts of players. Alphonse knows Lukasz is number one at the minute, but he’s great around the boys, he doesn’t sulk, he comes in and he’s been fantastic in the Europa League games that he’s played and fantastic in the Carabao Cup games and tonight he showed how good he is and what a great bit of business for us!”
Areola really does look the business.
What a performance he put in last night. The 28-year-old was cool and composed with the ball at his feet, reassuring and commanding in the air and pulled off a few brilliant saves showcasing his incredible reflexes.
