Jarrod Bowen has just dropped a major hint on his long-term future at West Ham United, when speaking to reporters.

The 25-year-old joined the Hammers for around £20 million from Hull City back in January 2020 (BBC).

Bowen has proven to be an exceptional signing for West Ham. He has bagged 32 goals and 23 assists in 118 games for the Hammers (Transfermarkt).

Michail Antonio recently said that the 25-year-old is the best player in training at West Ham.

The 25-year-old is obviously a huge talent but he begun this season in really poor form. Thankfully Bowen seems to have rediscovered his best stuff, bagging three goals in his last three games.

Getting him back to his very best and keeping him at the London Stadium will be one of the main priorities for David Moyes. And it seems as though the Scot will have a great chance of doing just that…

Jarrod Bowen drops major hint on his future at West Ham

The ex-Hull City star addressed the media after last night’s 2-1 win over Anderlecht.

His goal last night made him the club’s joint top European scorer alongside David Cross and Johnny Byrne.

And Bowen responded when told by reporters about tying the West Ham European goalscoring record, as quoted by WHUFC.com:

I have just been told about that record. So hopefully there are many more years of European football, and I can keep scoring and setting records.

The Hammers board deserve a lot of credit for the money they spent this summer.

We’ve given them plenty of stick in the past, so it’s only right to praise them when they’ve done something good.

The £170 million that David Moyes spent in the summer was unprecedented. And it’s that kind of ambition that may convince the likes of Jarrod Bowen and Declan to hang around in East London.

If we are to achieve any kind of success over the next few years, keeping those two at the club will be crucial.

Jarrod Bowen has seemingly dropped a big hint on his future at West Ham. And that should be a seen as a huge boost for the club.
