Claret and Hugh suggest that the 23-year-old striker will not be going anywhere anytime soon.

A concerning report emerged last week suggesting that Scamacca is a January transfer target for Napoli.

The Italian hitman joined the Hammers from Sassuolo in the summer transfer window for around £35 million (Sky Sports).

Scamacca has made a slow start to life at the London Stadium, but he has shown us glimpses of his unbelievable quality on numerous occasions.

The onus will very much be on David Moyes to get the best out of the ex-Sassuolo ace after the World Cup break.

And it seems as though we’ll be seeing plenty more of Scamacca in a West Ham shirt in years to come…

The Italian hitman will not be going anywhere anytime soon.

That’s according to Claret and Hugh who claim that Moyes is under pressure for the club’s owners to get the best out of is new signings – Scamacca being one of them.

I personally think that the 23-year-old is an exceptional forward.

He possesses exceptional technique, is big and strong and is a superb finisher when presented with a goalscoring opportunity.

Moyes just needs to set up his teams with runners from midfield to support Scamacca. The wide players also need to operate closer to the 6ft 5in Italian ace.

If the Scot finds a way of unlocking the Italian’s potential, he will go on to have a great career at the London Stadium.

And the latest Gianluca Scamacca claim is an emphatic message that nobody at West Ham is giving up on the striker.
