Ex West Ham United owner Terry Brown was spotted in the crowd during the sublime Lucas Paqueta moment at Anderlecht.
West Ham have tightened their grip on Europa Conference League Group B after making it a perfect three wins from three so far.
The result, courtesy of a lovely goal from substitute Gianluca Scamacca – beautifully setup by fellow sub Paqueta – means the Hammers can effectively secure the group win with victory over the same opposition at the London Stadium next Thursday.
Paqueta wowed from his very first touch – a no-look, first time, reverse through ball with the outside of his left foot.
He also got in a couple of nutmegs much to the annoyance of the Anderlecht players.
One particular moment of brilliance has gone viral.
A long cross-field pass was pinged out to West Ham’s Brazil star on the right touchline. And he sprang in the air before crossing his legs and controlling the pass dead with his heel on the opposite side.

The video showing the reaction of players on the West Ham bench to the outrageous Paqueta skill is priceless.
But eagle-eyed West Ham fans of a certain age will recognise a familiar face in the crowd behind the bench during that clip.

Brown is the former owner, chairman and now honorary life president of the Hammers.
West Ham supporters of a certain vintage will never forgive Brown for the way he ran the club during his tenure.
But there were some good times too, notably under Harry Redknapp, when West Ham finished fifth and qualified for Europe.
David Moyes has turned the Hammers into a genuine European outfit these days under owners David Sullivan, Daniel Kretinsky and David Gold.
Former owner Brown can be seen in the crowd in one particular piece of footage of the Paqueta skill.
And he no doubt enjoyed it as much as the rest of us.
