Callum Wilson will be relishing Newcastle United’s opening day Premier League clash with West Ham.
The 29-year-old Magpies striker has scored eight goals in 10 games against the Hammers.
And he has only been on the losing side against West Ham twice.
The Hammers head to St James’ Park for their opening game of the 2021/22 Premier League campaign on August 14th.
The East London outfit have won only three times away at Newcastle since 1998.
David Moyes has transformed West Ham over the past 18 months, however. And the Hammers will fancy their chances of kicking off their season with a win.
Callum Wilson posts cheeky tweet directed at West Ham
The 29-year-old Newcastle hitman will be confident of getting off to a goalscoring start against the Hammers in two months time.
Wilson has been a thorn in West Ham’s side over the past few years.
And he took to Twitter today, directing a cheeky message at the Hammers:
Let’s hope that the West Ham back-line deal with Wilson with relative ease on August 14th.
