West Ham face some tough fixtures after our Europa League ties next season (Full fixture list can be seen here via WHUFC.com).

The Hammers enjoyed a wonderful campaign last season.

David Moyes led his West Ham team to an incredible 6th placed finish in the Premier League table.

It will be incredibly hard for the East London outfit to compete on all fronts next term.

Moyes will have to considerably strengthen his squad in order for that to happen.

One thing that will be very difficult to contend with is our Premier League games following the six Europa League group games we have on the horizon.

West Ham fixtures following Europe League games look very tough

The Hammers won’t have it easy by any means. All games are tough in the top flight, but some are clearly more difficult than others.

Here’s how our fixtures look following each of the six group games that we are scheduled to play in Europe next season:

Manchester United (h)

Brentford (h)

Tottenham (h)

Liverpool (h)

Manchester City (a)

Burnley (a)

With our squad at the moment, it will be nigh on impossible to be competitive in both competitions.

Those six games that we face after midweek European games really are nightmarish. It must be said, however, the fact that four of them are at home is a big bonus.

Hopefully the West Ham board realise the difficulty of the task that awaits Moyes and his players. They need to back the Scot sufficiently in the transfer market this summer.
