One West Ham United under-21s star could now be set for a big promotion according to a club source.
The under-21s have been on fire this season, and the West Ham youngsters are currently sitting in second spot in the Premier League 2 table.
Hammers boss David Moyes has an embarrassment of riches at his disposal when it comes to talented young players.
And one young player has stolen all of the headlines so far this term.
Callum Marshall has been the standout performer for the U-21s this season, and I reckon he’ll go on to save us tens of millions in the transfer market.
And with Michail Antonio now expected to be out until the start of next month through injury, it could well be the 19-year-old’s big chance to shine…

West Ham under-21s starlet has a big chance
According to Claret and Hugh – a website with close links to co-owner David Sullivan – Antonio’s injury could prevent Marshall from leaving on loan in January.
The Northern Ireland international could now be promoted to the senior squad for our upcoming games over the next few weeks.
What a chance this could be for the talented teenage forward to prove his worth at senior level.
He has 21 goals and five assists to his name in just 16 games for the under-21s so far this season (Transfermarkt). What an unbelievable tally that is.
Marshall has absolutely everything needed to succeed at the very top with West Ham, with real pace, incredible movement and terrific ability to finish.
Now may well be the big chance that the West Ham under-21s star needed, with Antonio set for a spell on the sidelines.
Whether Moyes uses him in big Premier League games remains to be seen though.
