And some state the likes of PSG, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Leicester, Roma and a host of others are now interested.
David Moyes once again admitted last week he does not know whether Lingard can be signed permanently.
At 28 – 29 next season – Lingard has said he wants to play week in, week out for the rest of his career after spending two years in the wilderness at Man United.
It is also key to his England chances for the Qatar World Cup next year.

Former West Ham hero Sinclair has spoken out on Twitter over Lingard’s future.
And Tricky Trev told the Hammers ace he simply has to stay at the London Stadium.
“Disgusting finish by Jesse,” Sinclair said on Twitter.
“Nothing lucky about that silky touch.
“When the glove fits you that well bro, you’ve got to stay Jesse Lingard.”
Well said Trevor. Let’s hope Lingard listens.
