West Ham players enjoying European race just as much as fans

It seems to be a six team battle for two Champions League spots and West Ham have their destiny in their own hands.

West Ham fans cannot believe the turnaround in the club’s fortunes.

Moyes has worked miracles and his players are clearly enjoying the ride.

Another Jesse Lingard brace – making it eight goals and four assists in just nine games – and a third goal in as many games for Jarrod Bowen secured West Ham’s latest win.

‘It’s going to cost me a few quid! He’s been fantastic’

Noble revealed he had a bet with Lingard that if he scored eight goals before the end of the season he would pay for a night out and stay at luxury London hotel The Corinthia.

His brace saw him hit that particular marker and Noble is braced for his bank balance to take a hiding.

“As much as Jesse’s goals were fantastic, I had a bet with him when he first came to the club that if he scored eight goals, I’d pay for a night out for him and a stay in the Corinthia Hotel, so it’s going to cost me a few quid!” Noble told whufc.com.

“He’s been fantastic for us hasn’t he!”
