Weston McKennie has rejected a move to West Ham and instead wants to join Tottenham this summer according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport (print edition August 26th).

Tuttosport claimed yesterday that Hammers boss David Moyes wants to bring the 22-year-old Juve ace to the London Stadium this summer.

It appears as though Tottenham are in the driving seat, however. And if GDS are to be believed, Nuno Espirito Santo has a great chance to sign the American this summer.

During those outings, The United States international averaged one tackle and 0.8 interceptions per game.

The American made 22.2 passes on average and recorded a completion rate of 85.4%.

The Juventus midfielder has the ability to become a genuinely elite player.

Missing out on McKennie to Tottenham would be a big blow for West Ham to stomach. The Juve ace is a very good player and if he joins Spurs, he will undoubtedly light up the Premier League.
