Liverpool ace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is available for just £17 million this summer, having grown frustrated with his role at Anfield according to Fichajes. And West Ham should be doing everything they can to sign him this summer.

Hammers boss David Moyes will desperate to bolster his midfield ranks at the London Stadium this summer.

The West Ham manager will have two main priorities – to sign a top class striker and to make Jesse Lingard’s loan deal permanent.

It could be argued that adding an athletic, energetic midfielder to his ranks should be featuring highly on his agenda as well, however.

Anfield Central claimed last month that the Hammers are keen to sign Liverpool ace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Fichajes now reckon that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is willing to let the 27-year-old leave Anfield for around €20 million (£17 million).

The 27-year-old would fit right in at the London Stadium. He has literally everything that David Moyes looks for in a player.

The Ox is powerful, has bags of energy and is an incredibly dynamic midfielder. He can play in the middle of the park, on either wing or even in the number 10 position.

When the former Arsenal man is on top of his game from a physical aspect, he possesses frightening pace.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has experienced injury problems over the past few years. And that may well be a red flag for West Ham.

£17 million is decent value for the Ox, however. And signing him could be a move that yields great dividends for the Hammers.

He still has plenty of time left ahead of him. And if Liverpool are truly ready to get rid of the 27-year-old this summer, West Ham boss David Moyes should not hesitate to bring him to the London Stadium.
