The 26-year-old joined the Hammers on loan from Slavia Prague in January 2020.

The giant Czech ace then made his loan move to the London Stadium permanent in July last year for around £15 million (Daily Mail).

Soucek, who earns £58k-a-week according to WT Foot, has proven to be a sensational addition for West Ham.

The 26-year-old star has scored 12 goals in 42 Premier League games for the Hammers (Transfermarkt) – a truly sensational return for a supposed defensive midfielder.

During those outings, Soucek has racked up 87 tackles, 116 clearances, 233 ball recoveries, 15 blocks, 68 interceptions, 371 successful individual duels, 236 aerial duels. He has also made zero errors leading to goals for the opposition (premier league.com).

The Czech Republic international’s fine form has not gone unnoticed outside of the London Stadium, however.

TEAMtalk claimed back in December that Bayern Munich are keen to sign Soucek.

Then in February, the Daily Star suggested that Manchester United want to bring the 26-year-old to Old Trafford.

West Ham ace Tomas Soucek going nowhere

Claret and Hugh claims that West Ham are absolutely not prepared to throw away their recent progress by selling the Czech midfielder.

Soucek does seem incredibly happy at the London Stadium He is undoubtedly one of the first names on the West Ham team-sheet.

He has everything that David Moyes looks for in a player.

Considering the fact that the Czech ace is under contract with the Hammers until the summer of 2024, the East London outfit hold all the cards.

If the West Ham owners have genuine ambition, they should be doing everything within their power two keep hold of Soucek.

And according to top level insiders C&H, that is exactly what they will do.

Happy days.
