The Hammers are in pole position to sign the 23-year-old Hoops centre-forward this summer according to Football Insider.
David Moyes will be desperate to strengthen his centre-forward ranks at the London Stadium before the start of next season.
West Ham currently have Michail Antonio as their only recognised senior striker.
And that clearly isn’t good enough for a club with European aspirations.
Football Insider claims that the Hammers are eyeing up a summer swoop for Celtic hitman Odsonne Edouard with Moyes keen to beef up his attacking options.
Edouard is clearly a top class player albeit an unproven commodity in the Premier League.
The 23-year-old has racked up 81 goals and 36 assists in 163 games for Celtic (Transfermarkt).
He seems to be tailor made for the Hammers. And if Moyes genuinely wants him, we should all get behind the prospect of the Frenchman turning up at the London Stadium this summer.
