It has been another busy day of transfer speculation involving West Ham United.

Could West Ham’s worst fears be realised over Reece Oxford?

Having sold Sebastien Haller for £20million to Ajax on Friday West Ham’s already acute need for a new forward has become desperate.

David Moyes only has injury-prone Michail Antonio to call on up front.

And even he is not fully match fit yet.

West Ham transfer rumour frenzy following Haller sale

Since Haller’s departure West Ham have become the talk of the transfer window.

And whether Moyes is casting the net far and wide or agents can smell the £20m, the Hammers are in play.

All and sundry have been linked with a move to the London Stadium in the last 48 hours.

And the big news on Sunday is that Moyes has reportedly chosen the striker he wants to make his priority signing.

According to a report from The Mirror, Slavia Prague striker Abdallah Sima is the man Moyes wants above all others.

Moyes makes decision on which striker he wants as priority

The Mirror claims the 19-year-old heads up West Ham’s three-man shortlist which also includes Boulaye Dia and Josh King.

According to the report Sima is valued at £20m – a convenient amount for the Hammers given the Haller sale.

West Ham have also been linked with no fewer than four other forward across the media today.

The Mirror claims West Ham are ‘being offered the chance’ to sign the 22-year-old Zambian striker Patson Daka for around £25m.

The Sun reports that Moyes is renewing interest in Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr.

West Ham are even said to be willing to spend as much as £30m to make the deal happen.

Another report from The Sun claims the Hammers are considering a move for another former target, Krzysztof Piatek.

Piatek chose AC Milan over West Ham when he left Genoa.

Two familiar names back in the frame

But he has since moved on to Hertha Berlin where he has scored nine goals in 30 games.

According to the report Hertha are willing to loan the Poland international with a view to a permanent sale as he has endured a mixed time in the Bundesliga.

Yesterday Marca reported Luka Jovic is definitely on his way out of Real Madrid this month.

And Caught Offside reported overnight that West Ham boss Moyes has made an enquiry to bring the 23-year-old Los Blancos flop to the London Stadium from the Santiago Bernabeu on loan with an option to buy.

The Haller sale has certainly spiced up what was expected to be a quiet window for West Ham.
