The Hammers are believed to have agreed a deal with Fiorentina to sign the Serbian centre-back. Personal terms with the player have also been agreed upon.
Milenkovic’s agent is demanding an extortionate fee, however, and that is holding up proceedings (ExWHUemployee).
And it seems as though West Ham could face further problems.

The Cologne ace is represented by LIAN Sports Group, the same agency who look after the Fiorentina defender.
The Hammers are keen to sign the 26-year-old midfielder from the German side according to BILD.
So if we do proceed with a move to sign him, the potential problems are obvious to see.
Milenkovic’s agent is clearly very hard to deal with.
The last thing we need is another long drawn out transfer saga. David Moyes needs to sign players NOW. The transfer window closes in just 18 days.

And a move to sign Skhiri, as good a player as he undoubtedly is, may well not be worth it if Milenkovic’s agent is up to his old tricks.
