The Black Country outfit have joined the Hammers in the race to sign the 28-year-old Clarets defender according to a report from the Telegraph.
Both West Ham and Wolves desperately need to improve their respective central defensive ranks this summer.
And it seems as though Tarkowski features highly on both Premier League clubs’ wish-lists.

West Ham surely have advantage over Wolves in Tarkowski race
The Telegraph claims that the East London outfit now face competition from the Black Country club for the 28-year-old centre-back.
Surely we have a huge advantage over Wolves, however.
West Ham finished in sixth spot in the Premier League table last season and as a result, we qualified for the Europa League.
Meanwhile, Wolves finished in 13th position.

And with Nuno Espirito Santo having left Molineux and being replaced by Bruno Lage, Wolves are currently a club surrounded by uncertainty.
West Ham seem to be far more stable. At 28, Tarkowski needs to make sure his next move is the right one.
The Burnley ace, described as a ‘brilliant’ defender by The Athletic, is allegedly keen to join the Hammers (Football Insider).
Everything seems perfectly set up for the 28-year-old to move to the London Stadium this summer.
