The Hammers have been extensively linked with a move to sign the 23-year-old since January (Daily Mail).
David Moyes is prepared to pay around £25 million for the clinical striker according to Daily Mail.
The Blues allegedly could demand as much as £40 million for Tammy, however (Metro).

West Ham signing Abraham from Chelsea would be a big statement
ExWHUemployee has now claimed that Abraham has definitely been told that he can leave Stamford Bridge.
The striker clearly doesn’t have any kind of future under Thomas Tuchel. And with just two years remaining on his current deal, Chelsea surely will have to lower their demands.
£25 million for the 23-year-old seems like a more than fair price for both the Hammers and the Blues.

And if we manage to get him for that kind of fee, there will not be many better value for money signings in the Premier League this summer.
David Sullivan, David Gold and Karren Brady have been much maligned at the London Stadium over the past five years.
Signing Tammy for just £25 million might just help heal the right between GSB and the fans, however.
