West Ham reportedly face Everton problem in Mikkel Damsgaard hunt

West Ham now face more competition for Mikkel Damsgaard, this time from Everton according to a report from Calcio Mercato.

The Italian publication claims that the Toffees have thrown their hat into the ring in the last couple of hours.

The Hammers have been linked with the talented 21-year-old for quite some time now (The Athletic and La Repubblica).

Unfortunately for David Moyes, however, his fine performances for Denmark at EURO 2020 seems to have piqued the interest of numerous other clubs…one of them being Everton.

Calcio Mercato claims that Toffees boss Rafa Benitez now wants to bring the Sampdoria ace to Goodison Park this summer.

The Hammers already had their work cut-out.

Liverpool (La Razon), Tottenham and AC Milan (Corriere dello Sport (print edition, June 24th, page 22) are all keen on the young Dane.
