There is a big problem, however.
The Fiorentina ace allegedly would prefer to join Juventus.
News broke two days ago that the Hammers could sign Milenkovic for just £9 million (Paolo Bargiggia). In fairness, that did seem a little strange.
Calcio Mercato now claims that €15 million (£13 million) is closer to the fee required by Fiorentina.

We think that seems a lot more realistic.
West Ham have chance to sign Milenkovic for bargain fee
£13 million for a player with Milenkovic’s quality and class seems like absolutely fantastic value.
The Serbian centre-back allegedly wants to join Juventus, however.
That is a real shame. David Moyes should pull out all the stops in order to convince Milenkovic to move to the London Stadium.

£13 million an absolute steal
The Serb is exactly the kind of signing West Ham should be looking to make.
In 34 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina last season, the Serbian scored three goals and registered one assist. In those outings, he averaged 1.4 tackles, 1.3 interceptions, 3.6 clearances and one block per match. The 23-year-old won an average of 3 aerial duals per game. He also had an 86% pass completion rate from an average of 46.6 passes per match (Who Scored).
Those really are some very impressive numbers.
