West Ham fans are flipping out on Twitter in reaction to a report claiming that Nikola Milenkovic could be available for just £9 million this summer.

Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia claimed yesterday that Fiorentina are concerned about the prospect of losing the 23-year-old centre-back for nothing in 12 months time.
And as a result, they are allegedly prepared to move him on for just €10 million (£9 million) during the summer transfer window.

West Ham have been heavily linked with a move to sign the towering Serbian defender recently by Gianluca Di Marzio, Viola News and La Nazione.
Potential bargain
The 23-year-old centre-back really would be an exceptional addition for the Hammers this summer.
And for £9 million, the East London outfit really cannot afford to miss out on the Serb.
If the claims are true of course…

There is clearly some skepticism regarding the claims from Paolo Bargiggia. It does seem strange that Fiorentina would suddenly lower their demands so drastically.
West Ham fans excited about Milenkovic nonetheless
Whatever Fiorentina are asking for the Serb, West Ham need to pay it.
The 23-year-old is that good, he really is. He has the ability to totally transform the Hammers as a defensive unit for the next six, seven or even 10 years. £9 million would be an absolute steal. So would £15-20 million, however.
