Graham Potter will be well aware that he needs to significantly strengthen his ranks at West Ham United this summer.
The problem for Potter is that funds are tight at West Ham right now, and he will need to sell before he can buy.
So with that in mind, he will have to be smart with his player recruitment, if he is to build a squad at the London Stadium capable of challenging for the European places again.
West Ham have been truly awful this season, with Julen Lopetegui and now Potter having presided over our worst Premier League campaign over the past 13 years.
The squad is a severely unbalanced and ageing one. Potter needs to address that, but he has to add some real winners to his ranks as well.

The mentality at the club right now just isn’t where it needs to be, and West Ham duo Tomas Soucek and Niclas Fullkrug have both called that out in recent weeks.
Potter is clearly thinking the same thing, and is said to be lining up a move for a truly elite player this summer.
West Ham could now sign Fikayo Tomori for just £25 million
AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori is believed to be firmly on the Hammers’ radar this summer.
West Ham tried to sign Tomori in January, but he remained at the San Siro in the end.
Now the Hammers are said to be back in contention for the 27-year-old centre-back’s signature.
MilanLive are reporting that West Ham want to sign Tomori, and we could pick him up for as little as £25 million this summer.
It is also suggested that Milan may even be willing to sell him for less than that, as they try to gather together some funds for a summer rebuild.

He is someone who Potter should be going all out for this summer.
Tomori would transform West Ham overnight
Former Manchester City and Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips once described Tomori as ‘outstanding’ and he’s absolutely spot on there.
The 27-year-old former Chelsea defender is an elite centre-back in every way. He’s strong in the air, quick along the ground, possesses fantastic positional awareness and is a real leader of men.
He would be a huge upgrade on Konstantinos Mavropanos, there is no doubt about that.
And the England international would improve upon the way we defend as a unit immediately due to his impressive communication and organisational skills.
If West Ham manage to bring Tomori to the London Stadium for just £25 million this summer, it would be an incredible deal for the club.
