David Moyes has allegedly made a last-minute attempt to bring one of Aston Villa’s key January transfer window targets to Everton.
Now Nuno Espirito Santo needs to join Everton and Villa in the race for the proven England international.
West Ham and Everton are already battling to sign Leo Pereira in the January window.

Tammy Abraham is someone who is being heavily linked with a January transfer window move this month.
Interestingly, West Ham have been heavily linked with Abraham on multiple occasions in the past.
However, a deal to bring the former Chelsea striker to the London Stadium failed to materialise.
Now, Turkish publication Sabah are claiming that while Aston Villa are leading the race to sign the 28-year-old, who is currently on loan with Besiktas from Roma, Everton have thrown their hat into the ring as well.
Now the Hammers have to join their former manager Moyes in the race for Abraham’s signature.
Sure, West Ham have already signed two strikers in January.
However, nobody actually knows whether Taty Castellanos or Pablo Felipe will succeed in the Premier League.
The Argentine and the Brazilian are certainly not proven in the Premier League.
Tammy Abraham would be perfect for West Ham
Meanwhile, Abraham has an extensive record of scoring goals in England’s top flight.
He has 190 career goals to his name, while his Premier League record for Chelsea of 21 in 58 games is fairly impressive.

It’s worth noting that Abraham was born in London, and he grew up there as well.
So perhaps a move back to the capital would be tempting for him.
However, the Hammers’ Premier League status is far from secure right now, and Abraham may well not be too keen to join a club threatened by relegation.
That doesn’t mean that Abraham isn’t absolutely perfect for West Ham. If he manages to remain fully fit, he could easily score 8-10 goals for the Hammers between now and the end of the season.
And that could be the difference between relegation and survival for West Ham.
