It is alleged that the Hammers have lodged a bid for the €5 million (£4 million) rated ace but it is unclear as to how much we have actually offered (Voetbal Nieuws).

West Ham make official bid for Hertha Berlin defender
The Hammers have lodged an offer for Jordan Torunarigha according to a report from Voetbal Nieuws.
We believe that Torunarigha would be a very smart addition for West Ham, especially for just £4 million!
Standing at 6ft 3in at all, the German is very strong in the air but he’s quick along the ground as well.

Crucially, he’s left-footed, and can also play at left-back, so Moyes would be getting a top-class player for just £4 million who can operate in two positions! It’s surely a no-brainer.
Football Talent Scout describe the 24-year-old as aerially dominant with interesting technique when in possession.
SportBILD recently claimed that the three-capped Germany international is hesitant to sign a new deal with Hertha Berlin because he is aware of interest from the Hammers.
The Hammers can’t really go wrong by signing Jordan Torunarigha for just £4 million.
Whether that is what the West Ham official bid was worth is unclear at the moment, however.
