West Ham insiders rubbish Jarrod Bowen links with Tottenham.
In other news…Report: West Ham plotting January swoop for £163k-a-week striker but there’s a big problem
It’s the news that all Hammers fans wanted to hear. Tottenham are allegedly in a poor state financially and would not be able to afford the £40 million (at least) that it would take to prise the 24-year-old away from the London Stadium.
This is all according to high level West Ham insiders Claret and Hugh.
And breath…
Tottenham were believed to be chasing the 24-year-old West Ham ace according to a report from the Independent.
Bowen is absolutely vital to this Hammers team. David Moyes will surely not even entertain the idea of selling him in January or next summer.

Hopefully GSB share the same viewpoint!
West Ham insiders rubbish Jarrod Bowen links with Tottenham
Claret and Hugh, who are believed to have a direct line to David Sullivan, reckon that Spurs have bought numerous players on a buy now pay later deal. And they are in line to spend up to £50 million on those players next year.
The insiders also suggest that Tottenham’s burgeoning stadium costs will make it impossible for them to pay the money required to prise Bowen away from West Ham.
We must admit, reports linking Bowen with Tottenham just seemed like utter rubbish at the time.

WEST HAM WOULD NOT SELL ONE OF THEIR BEST PLAYERS TO SPURS!!!
Not now at least. We are a club heading in a new and exciting direction under the guidance of David Moyes.
The Hammers will not make any progress if we sell our best players to direct rivals. And Bowen seems more than happy at the London Stadium in truth.

Claret and Hugh’s claim about Bowen, considering their high level links to Sullivan, should put all the West Ham fans at ease. Meanwhile, the Tottenham fans may well be concerned.
