West Ham United allegedly have a ‘major interest’ in signing Ivan Toney from Brentford in the summer transfer window.
That’s according to a report from 90 Min who claim that Arsenal and Newcastle also want to sign the 26-year-old Bees hitman.

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs to bring a proven goalscorer to the London Stadium in the summer transfer window.
Michail Antonio is currently the only centre-forward option that Moyes has at his disposal. That absolutely has to change before the start of next season, if West Ham are to have any chance of achieving some success in the near future.

And it seems as though Moyes is hell-bent on addressing the weakness that the Hammers have in the centre-forward department…
West Ham very keen on Ivan Toney
90 Min reckon that the Hammers are primed to make a move to sign the Brentford striker in the summer transfer window.
We believe that the 26-year-old would be the perfect summer addition for West Ham.
Toney has bagged 12 goals and four assists in 28 Premier League games for the Bees so far this season (Transfermarkt).
He has found a whole new level entirely over the past two months, however, bagging nine goals in his last 10 games for Brentford (Soccerbase).

Ivan Toney has everything that the Hammers need. He has pace in abundance, possesses great movement and is obviously a great finisher.
Standing at 6ft 2in, the striker offers his team a real focal point to their attacking play.
Toney bagged 31 goals in 45 games for Brentford in the Championship last season (Transfermarkt). He’s now proven that he can do it in the Premier League as well.
There is one huge problem that West Ham face, however. The 26-year-old is valued at around £50 million by Brentford according to 90Min.
And whether the Hammers owners will be prepared to pay anything like that for the striker is highly doubtful.
