West Ham will have to pay €25 million (£21.8 million) if we want to sign Paris Saint-Germain defender Abdou Diallo in the January transfer window.
That’s according to 90Min who claim that PSG are not open to sending the 25-year-old out on loan this month.
Hammers boss David Moyes is well known to be on the look-out for a new centre-half with Angelo Ogbonna having been ruled out for the entire season.
Kurt Zouma is expected to be back soon Claret and Hugh, but it could be argued that we still need to sign a new centre-back this month.
Diallo is a name who has been linked with a move to the London Stadium recently.

L’Equipe were the first to report about West Ham’s interest in signing the Paris Saint-Germain ace this time last week.

The 25-year-old is a left-footed centre-back and he can also operate at left-back.
So it’s no surprise that we’re interested in signing the seven-capped Senegal international, considering Moyes’s need for a new central defender and a new left-back.
It might prove tricky for the Hammers to sign Diallo during the January transfer window, however…
West Ham told to pay big money for Diallo in January
90Min reckon that PSG will not loan out the Senegalese ace this month and instead have asked for £21.8 million for the versatile defender.
That’s an awful lot of money to be shelling out on someone who is totally unproven in the Premier League, as good as he undoubtedly is.

And with Kurt Zouma closing in on a return to action, David Moyes may well decide to keep his powder dry for the summer.
The Scot’s absolute number one priority should be to sign an out-and-out striker in the January transfer window.
West Ham cannot continue to rely on 31-year-old Michail Antonio as our only option through the middle.
Having just one striker is not acceptable for any professional club, let alone one that’s trying to finish inside the top four in the Premier League table this season.
It’s unfair on Antonio as well. The addition of a top-class striker is an absolute necessity for the Hammers this month.
We should be able to get by at centre-back as long as Kurt Zouma returns to action in tip-top physical condition.
Abdou Diallo would be a very solid addition for West Ham. Maybe this is one that can wait until the summer though…
