West Ham fans react to Sky Sports’ David Moyes claim

According to a report from Sky Sports, the West Ham owners are ready to offer David Moyes a new deal. And some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the news.

Moyes has worked wonders since taking over at the London Stadium for the second time in December 2019.

West Ham barely avoided relegation last season. We stayed up by the skin of our teeth, and many predicted that we would struggle once again this season.

Moyes has engineered a drastic turnaround at the London Stadium, however.

West Ham currently sit in fifth spot in the Premier League table and we can jump up to third with a win over Manchester United on Saturday.

The Hammers are now a well organised, well drilled team. Each player knows his individual job inside out.

And that is a really refreshing change for us West Ham fans. If Moyes is backed in the transfer market, we can achieve anything under the Scot.

That may sound rather optimistic, but we do have great potential as a football club. That potential just needs to be unlocked, and it seems as though the former Everton and Manchester United boss is well on his way to doing just that.
