West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to ExWHUemployee claiming that Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic could be a target for David Moyes in the January transfer window.

Moyes absolutely must sign a top-class striker next month.
Bringing in more competition and cover for Michail Antonio at the London Stadium will be a necessity if the Hammers are to finish inside the top four and achieve success in Europe and both cup competitions.
Antonio has been great for West Ham over the past 18 months as an auxiliary centre-forward. The fact that he is the only striker we have though really isn’t good enough.
It’s almost laughable considering the fact that we are a club with aspirations of succeeding both domestically and on the continent.
And bearing that in mind, we think that Mitrovic would be a great addition for the Hammers.
He has bagged 22 goals and five assists in 21 league games for the Cottagers (Transfermarkt). He possesses an impressive career record as well with 161 goals in 382 games in addition to 44 in 69 for Serbia.
The Serbia international is a target man type striker. He is well versed in leading the line on his own and is a very good finisher as well.
Mitrovic would provide a completely different option for David Moyes through the middle. And ExWHUemployee reckons that a January swoop for the Serb could be on:
“In terms of forwards, we are looking to sign a new forward. They have had a look into the Championship. One is Mitrovic of Fulham who we have been looking at for years and years. He’s the top scorer in the Championship by quite some distance. He would offer an alternative to Antonio, he’s bigger and has experience of playing for Serbia. He’s got aggression. He could be a signing we look at because I know we’ve spoken to him before.”
That sounds to us like Mitrovic is very much on Moyes’s radar.
West Ham fans react to claims that Mitrovic could be signed in January
The target man could be London Stadium bound next month.
And some Hammers fans reckon he would be a very good addition to Moyes’s ranks…
